The sweet spot is between 28–34 weeks. You’ll have a beautiful bump, but still (hopefully!) feel comfortable enough to move around and enjoy the session. If bub decides to come early, we don’t want to miss out!

You’re also more than welcome to bring something of your own if it makes you feel amazing. Think floaty dresses, fitted knits, and anything that hugs the bump in all the right places
